These terms set out the basic conditions for accessing and using ICOREPOS.

Using ICOREPOS
You must provide accurate registration information, keep account credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and ensure your users have appropriate authority. You are responsible for the business and transaction data entered through your account.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans, billing periods, included limits, and renewal terms are shown during signup or in an agreed quotation. Fees are due according to the selected plan. Access may be limited when payment is overdue.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, upload malicious code, or use ICOREPOS for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ICOREPOS available and may update features, integrations, and plans over time. Maintenance, connectivity, external providers, and events outside our control can affect access.
Business responsibilities
Your business remains responsible for its pricing, inventory records, user access, tax treatment, statutory compliance, customer communications, and review of reports. Features described as coming soon are not available until announced as live.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, ICOREPOS is provided under the limits stated in the applicable subscription or service agreement. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded where legally permitted.
